Betty Brinn Children's Museum
Betty Brinn Children's Museum or BBCM is a non-profit organization in Milwaukee, Wisconsin which opened its doors to visitors in April 4, 1995. The museum has been named after Betty Brinn, who was a businesswoman in Milwaukee and spent her childhood in the orphanages and foster homes of Wisconsin. A travel guide Milwaukee will definitely suggest a visit to this wonderful museum for kids.
The museum offers its visitors mouth-watering Alterra goodies for lunch and one also gets to taste delicious snacks like muffins, salads, cookies as well as yogurt parfaits. There is a Picnic Place where you can gorge on your own food.
For your convenience, there are lockers available on rent with a driver's license or a refundable deposit of $5. Go to the Information Desk at the museum, if you want to be assigned a locker.
Moreover, you can also find a gift shop at the museum selling items for birthdays, baby showers and holidays. There are also seasonal and educational toys, like craft kits, books, and puzzles on the offer. The gift certificates can be bought at the Information Desk of the museum.
The museum also arranges field trips and educational programs, which are able to meet the Wisconsin state academic standards. There are group discussions, group interaction, use of props and materials. If you've got kids, encourage them to be a part of such events on the course of Milwaukee WI travel.
