It provides a wheelchair access as well as access to books on tapes and Braille. The Central Library has two computer workstations that offer access to people with special needs such as low vision, ear problems, mobility problems as well as learning disabilities.

The Central Library offers and the five neighborhood libraries offer Homework help programs for elementary and middle school students. Volunteers who will listen to, guide and advise them on their homework guide them. The adult tutoring is also available for those who are looking for or are interested in becoming tutors. These services help adults to improve their reading, writing math and English speaking skills.
The library has a variety of services for all types of people. Kids Zone features a lot of fun and interactive games that will ensure that the child enjoys their learning. The Teen Scene comes with features such as the Teen advisory Board, career, Colleges and High schools and other features that will enable them make the right decisions in life and in their education.
